Thank you for shopping with Faded Fan Art. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how orders are processed and delivered.
 

Order Processing

All Faded Fan Art trading cards are custom-made and produced in-house.
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary during high-volume releases, special drops, or promotional events.
 

Shipping Methods

We ship using standard postal services and third-party carriers. Shipping method options and pricing are displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
 

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Faded Fan Art is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Incorrect delivery by the carrier

  • Customs delays (for international orders)
     

Shipping Damage

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for damage caused during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the postal service or shipping carrier.
 

Damaged Items in Undamaged Packaging

If your item arrives damaged inside clearly undamaged packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product

  • Inner packaging

  • Outer packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to help resolve it.
 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Faded Fan Art is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
 

International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by location.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.
