Custom & Fan Art Products

All trading cards sold by Faded Fan Art are custom-made fan art items created independently. Our products are not official Pokémon®, Nintendo®, Dragon Ball®, or any other trademarked brand merchandise. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Our cards are intended for artistic, collectible, and entertainment purposes only and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any trademark holders.
 

Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
   

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been completed and shipped.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
 

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, customs, or other shipping carriers.

• We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
   

Shipping Damage

We do not accept returns or refunds for damage caused during shipping. If your order arrives damaged due to carrier handling, please file a claim directly with the postal service.

If your item arrives damaged inside clearly undamaged packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to help resolve the issue.
 

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, logos, and content created by Faded Fan Art are the intellectual property of Faded Fan Art and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

Purchasing a card does not grant rights to reproduce or commercialize the artwork.
 

Limitation of Liability

Faded Fan Art shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.
 

User Conduct

By interacting with our brand, website, or community platforms, you agree to engage respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
