Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy – Faded Fan Art

All Faded Fan Art trading cards are custom-made and produced in-house. Due to the nature of custom items, all sales are final.


 

Shipping Damage

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items damaged during shipping. Once an order has been handed off to the postal service, responsibility for delivery and handling lies with the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact the postal service directly to file a damage claim.
 

Damaged Items in Undamaged Packaging

If you receive a product that is damaged and the outer packaging is clearly undamaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The item received

  • The packaging (inside and outside)

In these cases, we will review the issue and work with you to help resolve it.
